To Get Paid With Fortnite’s New ‘A-Creator’ Program

launched a new program that runs from next week through the end of the year where, if you’re a creator, you can get free money whenever any of your friends or fans spend V-Bucks in the game.

If you want to support a creator yourself, next week you will enter their Epic name into the game and every 14 days, either reselect them or pick someone new. After that, your V-Buck purchases, whether they be paid or earned in-game, will give that creator some royalty money. But I think more people are curious about whether they can get paid themselves, and that process is going to be a bit more complicated.

Here’s how to apply/possibly qualify for your own slice of the pie, which is $5 going to you for every 10,000 V-bucks your supports spend.

1. To be a “creator,” you need to have regularly created and released Fortnitecontent over the past thirty days. This includes obvious stuff like Twitch and YouTube streaming, but also could be fan art, edited video, music or uh, maybe even article writing, like myself. That’s content, right?

2. You need to have 1,000 followers on any single social media platform, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

3. You need to complete Epic’s Affiliate Agreement and abide by the Creator Code of Conduct. I can’t find any information on the Affiliate Agreement offhand, but I believe it will part of the process when you apply using this link here. The Code of Conduct includes obvious stuff like not harassing players or being toxic or promoting shady free v bucks generator no human verification scams and so on.

4. You need to be capable of receiving payment in a form Epic supports, and you cannot be in China, Iran or North Korea (do people play Fortnite in North Korea?)
